  1. This could be trimmed in half without losing much of importance. Dudes going on about why King of the Beats is so great.

  2. I own the second installment and it’s great, but this one is pushing it too far with how great the guys wanna appear.

  3. Second part is just as bad …just get on with the project …it’s up to other’s to decide if a project is dope …i’m sure Pritt means well & his heart is in the right place …but this just comes of as a video trying to show the people involved as important within the scene & it reflects badly … filmmakers should stay behind the camera & let the finished product reflect on them.

  4. i think what your missing mac is that pritt is not only a film maker but is the man who created the ‘beat challenge’ and the fact hes been running for so many years this story had to be told. This guy passed on so many breaks to those big producers so many worship.

I remember when that beat thing started, it was the first organized beat battle, long before you heard of them from states.

Coming from England. i know how things run there. The Hip hop story never gets told. i enjoyed this film. more power to the people behind the scene who keep hip hop alive.

  5. It’s funny to see the same few people on here hating on every video…
Instead of appreciating what these guys are doing for Hip Hop y’all hating again… y’all better go to worldstarhiphop.com LOL
bottom line: If you know Pritt, you know he’s the man! And if you don’t, you need to do you homework!

  6. I’ve got nothing but respect for Pritt and the whole KOTB movement, but I would say that dude needs to getting a bit more ruthless in the cutting room. This does come off as a bit self congratulatory, I could do without all the testimonials and would rather see more beat action. That being said, I always appreciate the dedication he puts into his projects so big up to KOTB (and I will get round to entering the challenge one day).

  7. Downstroke i kind of agree with you. ive been following Pritt for many years. he does need to get harder on the cutting room for, but considering hes a factory worker and no training as film maker hes getting there.

I like the fact that hes not posted this on other people pages, ‘look at me im fir’e. The fact that hes only put in on his own page thats cool.

I interviewed him for HHC magazine many years ago. i got to say we were told about him, this guys who down with ULTRAMAGNETICS, LONS and deep into the Zulu thing and he been instrumental to a lot of people coming back out. I think this film is about a few things..A lot of people stil ldont know what he does. hes making it clear that he created this thing..(there been a lot of people taking the credit for his work, and the other i think its a hustle to get sponsorship). I

Knowing him, i think hes already working on the next film. whats this king of the beats 13? lol. Keep up the good work.
