Su-Preme Drum Chopping And Sample Flipping Basics
Another beat making banger from my man Su-Preme from Sunz of Man! Always delivering the perfect balance of instruction and entertainment, every time he drops a video, I’m immediately inspired to go grab the MPC and get to work.
This time around Preme rocks the MPC 2500 and shows everyone the ins and outs of chopping, manipulating, programming drum loops. He then goes on to demonstrate the basics of sample flipping using Greg Perry’s Come Fly With Me.
In addition to production tactics, Su-Preme touches upon some of the business traps involved with major DVD distribution and the release of his latest film Git Rite.
