CAN ANYBODY TELL ME HOW TO BRING SESSIONS OR TRACKS FROM PC. TO MAC AND FROM MAC TO P.C. CAN YOU THROW EVERYTHING IN THIS ZIP FOLDER AND GO BACK AND FORTH ?

no it is not for PC,

u can export as .wav tracks, and they should be compatible everywhere .
