Scram Jones & DJ Premier’s Hottest Beats of 2010

March 10, 2011

DJ Premier and Scram Jones run down their thoughts on the best underground and commercial beats of 2010. Among the producers who made the list: Sebb, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, and Scram Jones himself.

Is there anything else that should have made the list?

Premo yes always cool & down to earth ….Scram Jones sounds fake & acts like a cock …Premo didn’t promote himself.

Agreed. There’s a time for self promotion. This was not it.

Underground beat of 2010 for me is hands down the “10 Bricks” joint produced by Dilla off of Cuban Linx 2…

Mainstream beat of 2010 would have to be “(Haha) Slow Down” produced by Scoop DeVille off of the Fat Joe Darkside LP…
