long story short.. I had a convo with him via email about a package I urgently needed(was using it for my class final). I paid for 2 day shipping (on 11/9 using my last dollars to ensure my grade wouldn’t take a hit) and recieved an email (11/15)stating it’ll be shipped tomorrow. By then I already filed a claim. He replied in an unprofessional matter to say the least. Another lesson learned.. I will only be inspired by a persons work and not the person.
