MTV and Ryan Leslie take us into the studio as he explains the making and creative process behind "Diamond Girl".  Although Leslie is no stranger to studio footage, this is the first time many have seen him actually take the time to break down just exactly what he’s doing.  Surprisingly, he reveals that he never writes his songs down while composing them.
