For those with a passion for graphs, Jesse Kriss drops a Java based visual history of Hip-Hop sampling.  Both significant original works and their Hip-Hop versions are represented in the application.  By no means is it a complete history, but it still does a nice job of touching on some of the more important moments in recent times.

Awesome job on the guy who spent sooo much time coding that Java program and UI. Dope stuff. He should get on the-breaks.com and add their whole database. That takes time and I have much respect for that.
