Hezekiah Samples Albertina Walker & Layers Instruments

October 29, 2010

Producer Hezekiah creates an instrumental a track using a sample of gospel artist Albertina Walker. In the process he utilizes NI Kontakt before layering live drums, bass, and vocal elements. ¬†Hezekiah’s latest release entitled Conscious Porn is now available from Soulspazm Records.

I take the track as far as I can take it, then I incorporate other people like musicians and singers.

pretty sweet

if you play your bass in front of your monitor – facing it like that, you’ll usually get a real nasty noise in the pick ups
