Grammy Producer of The Year: Mark Ronson

It will never cease to baffle me why anyone still has faith in the Grammy’s.  I actually completely gave up watching award shows at the tender age of 13 when Young MC edged out groups such as De La Soul and Public Enemy for Best Rap Performance.  It’s not that most, if not all, of these artists are deserving of some award or another, but sometimes the decisions are very questionable.  As this year’s choice for Producer of The Year, Mark Ronson definitely deserved quite a bit of recognition, but many will argue that the title should really belong to someone else.  The folks over at XXL definitely had a take on what happened and I’m curious to see what some of the production minded heads have to say about the situation.
