Im a college student soo yeah my budget is tighter than that sixteen year old soph. going to senior prom... but yeah recently i picked up the Korg MpK49. In the near future i hope to get a mpc, mbox, Cubase or audition, and a new comp

i just got a new macbook pro and logic studio, so now i need a good audio interface and some monitors, cause all i'm working with now are decent headphones or shitty old computer speakers, neither of which is suitable for mixing.

Some tape to hold loose connections together, a wood block so my controller stops wobbling, and a powerbar so I don't gotta keep unplugging stuff in order to plug something else in...

Yeah, I got big plans for my studio right now... been saving for a while now to get those things.

Hey everyone I'm new to the site, I'm looking for some info on where to pick up some equipment to make some sick tracks I don't know a whole lot about making beats and shit like that all I can do is write rhymes so I'd like to learn how to do everything involved with making some sound to write to. Right now I'm just using instrumentals off the internet but I'd love to make my own sound and get my name out there. If anyone can help me out gimme a shout please, I'd appreciate every bit of help I can get. Thanks, peace.
