Eastern Philosophy. Quantum Mechanics and the power of logic...as well as the hope for enlightenment for not only yourself but for those around you. The end of suffering is the ultimate goal.

Sound about right??

I believe i can fly!

Oh sorry,

I believe that there are alot of things that modern science can't explain yet. There are some crucial elements that are missing to connect everything to each other. String theory comes close but isn't the ultimate truth. I think that to find what is missing we much search more in, like you said, Eastern Philosophy because they do alot of things that our science can't explain. Even though they also can't explain why it is those things are able, they do know they exist and how to use it.

Also I dispise the church as an institute. The koran, thora and bible all contain some good stories with good morals but churches have used those books to do so many bad things and gather power. But to be fair there are millions of people that have been helped in one way or another by a church. But the problem is that smart con artists use those people to do bad things.

I think it's a lot easier to believe in God when you've been through though stuff in your life and made it out the other side OK.

I believe in god- and in christ, and I believe they are one..I believe that mine is the one true god.. I do also agree that people use religion in general to push their own agendas and others( i.e. the catholic church), to manipulate others and to gain wealth...the catholic church has been part of some of the bloodiest times in history such as the inquisition...

I think to understand the god I believe in is to understand why we are here.... no one knows how we got here, but my belief gives me an answer and also lets me know why...

Everything has a beginning and when u REALLY think about it... we either came from science or we came from a creator... science says we came from nothing( big bang theory- something from nothing) and my religion says we came from a creator who always was( science argues where he came from)- my argument to the scientific community would be this- How can anything come from NOTHING? lol it's mind boggling when u think about it...1. Science- molecules or dark matter formed u and I through evolution- WHERE DID THE MOLECULES and dark matter come from COME FROM? 2. Religion (from an outsiders perspective)- a creator formed u and I- Where did the creator come from...

Those are the two most logical(illogical to many) ways to explain how we got here, and in either case u have to conede that something came from nothing, and a step further in religion that a creator always was

I believe there is a God, regardless of image, religion, I believe he/she/energy created it all and put us down here for a reason. What people don't realize is (My opinion) God is so great because he gave us a choice to do what we'd like with our lives, do right/wrong, drugs, sex.. choose what to be or do (music, entertainment, poet). I feel like we are all in the same, and we should all help eachother in accomplishing our dreams, because that's what God would want. Things that are happening right now are only separating all of us, when all share something in common. No disrespect to anyone's beliefs, but I feel like all these "labels" for religions.. christianity, muslim, buddha, catholic.. it just separates us all.

...and please, don't talk about science like it's group of people. "Oh, science says this" or "science thinks that". Science is only a tool, not a person or a people.
