Does Just Blaze have digging skills?

So I've been having a lot of personal arguments with people about how creative Just Blaze actually is. What do yall think about his constant reuse of classic, extremely well known samples?

For real tho if you flip-the-hell-out of it it's all good, but he's not really doing that so.....!

a well-known sample has more specific effect on the listener than a sample from a song that the listener doesn't know. Samples evoke an era, but well-known samples evoke more specific feelings and nostalgia. Like, I remember we used to listen to that song when we did such and such, etc.

I'm not saying good or bad, just different.
