anybody have any ideas about my mpc?

when i turn the volume up fully cranked it sounds as though its barly a quarter of the way up......shit sucks, so i can barly hear anything when im makin beats now.....anyone have any ideas....i took the whole thing apart but now that im looking at its guts, im just annoyed cause i def. dont know what to do

hit mode then other, and i had accidently turned down it turned down to 48 dbs and i re raised it to 0 so everything straight
