19 - 4 years.
Was interested in making music ever since middle school band, i got acid pro when i was 13, but didn't know what to do with it for about two years, finally got with the right people who helped teach me production. and now i still use the same software and all that.

Been interested in producing for a long time.
Avid music fan...I listen to intrumentals and jazz all day.

Im 29 (Birthday was Tuesday!).

I've been collecting records off and on for about 7 years, but during the 1st 5 years I was buying/trading, selling them and not really working on a collection.

The past 2-3 years I have been serious with shopping and collecting vinyl. Putting in effort to travel for deals, and also willing to spend some $.

Somewhere in the past couple years I bought a Boss SP505 and started messing around with samples and putting together some beats. I still put some effort in beat making....but most of my time is spent buying and listening to records.

I have an addiction to records. I got something up my sleave with production though. I got something in the works....another month or so and I will be unleashing it to the cratekings crew. BE READY.

I'm 21. I think I've been doing it about 2 years. But the first year it was a very on n off thing n everything I made sucked lol. it probably wasnt for about a year that I finally made a decent beat lol.

I used to compose more but lately I've been using pretty much all samples, sometimes with a bit of composed stuff over the top.

18. I've been making beats maybe 4 months now and playing piano about 7 months other than that I have no musical experience since playing recorder in the third grade.

I'm 27 and I started rapping and making beats at 16 but I stopped rapping at 20 and focused primarily on producing. I'm also a record collector D.I.T.C. or D.O.T.W. (Diggin On The Web)

27 years old started rhymin at 15 and began producin' at the age of 19...damn I feel old.
