EQ, compressor, distortion and reverb on each hit. If you have drum loop. Chop it up and do the same thing. Deejay Digital, what kind of equipment do you use?

HELL YEAH ;D

But on the real, the way to get those drums is by sampling 'em off old breakbeats, and lower the bit-rate OR equalize 'em the right way.
