I'm posting it in advance just to give you a heads up before you get too into making a beat that you need to pull your game up. Based on the posts i've been reading a lot of you are sampling the obvious shit out there. I mean, super mario music is dope but its been kind of played out. I'm sure that you can flip it in an original and interesting way, i mean i've been around here long enough that that's no doubt, but there's a difference between flipping a played out sample in an original way and a fresh sample in the type of shit that makes your jaw drop. Like a lot of orchestras are holding concerts just to play video game music because attendance is so low for just classical music straight up. It would take some super human digging on the internet but i'd love to hear orchestral super mario... All i'm saying is like the havoc says its not where you at, its were you from and that same shit applies to samples.
i'm drunk enough, which pretty much explains this post, but man, carlos mensia has three fucking eyes and two noses but he's still not funny. i mean who the fuck watches this shit?
With the track it is a rough draft, i got a few more samples along the same lines. I think i'll put in a little mr. rogers putting on his sweater and shit but i'd really like to put in more relevent samples to the project like people talking about saturday morning cartoons. if anybody got good samples for a frontier psychiatry like sound collage let me know. yo, and if you listen to the end sample taken from a creepy kid's educational movie the track after mine better be a banger, or i'll have to take the sample out...
