Loving that first one. Funny, I've had that snippet from Black Ceaser in my head a lot lately. Nice use of the Isaac Hayes high hats, in fact, the whole drum track is dope. Yeah, gotta say I like this a LOT!

The second one is dope too. Not quite as atmospheric as the first one, but still bangs nicely. The thing is, it sounds like you put a fair bit of thought into your beats. A lot of beats I hear peeps post up seem to sound fairly formulaic, but it sounds like whatever you lay over the track is there for a reason. It seems that today the standard is find a sample you like, chop and re-arrange it, add drums, then job done! These don't sound like those type of beats.

Thats Whats Up, I Appreciate The Comment And Compliment.
Loving Your Work Also.
The Crazy Thing Is,believe It Or Not, I Put That Hi-hat Sound Together From Another Record. I Wish I Had That Isaac Record That Would've Made It Easier.

the first one is very sleek, the sounds you used have good atmospherics. not sure how much i like the little james brown snippets, they seem a bit out of place, i'd rather just let your darker beat ride. my favorite part of it would have to be that subtle orchestra trembling.

the second one is simpler, sounds like a beat for a menacing slow driving scene, or an interlude. i like the tambourine sound. the beat doesn't flow quite as good as the first one, but it definitely has feeling.
