What do you mean?

Can you use them? If they are in the sample sure.

Again, you an only use parts from the sample not including bass or drums.

no doubt. i was wondering about using vocal snippets from rap records specifically since they are no melodic, but i think you answered my question. no sounds except for drums and bass and sample.
