Grimeshine vs Panamacanal

Alright good people.......we have a great battle about to go down. Grimeshine is trying to redeem himself and Panama is trying to keep his win streak alive. Who will succeed? You be the judge.

Both of these good brothers put in some good work, so lets leave some comments. Peace.

damn thats a trip they both sound the same kinda, number two sounded like it was mixed a bit better, maybe a bit louder i guess? ima go with two.....

I like both joints, but number two had my head nodding more. Yall prolly the toughest opponents in this site. Good job.

Your guys drums sound so identical it's weird. I'm gonna go with number 1 though I liked the different melodies in it.

yo great minds think alike! you guys made for a hard choice.

i went with number one, definately appreciated the fat bridge in the middle and how well the two parts blended. great job sampling.

two was very similar, and i'd actually say the drums were better tuned up. one just had some more components to it and flowed a little smoother.

I didn't find them to be so similar that I feel compelled to say "wow they're so similar." I would have voted for #2 which is REALLY dope, and as I was listening to #1 I was thinking to myself "Yeah, this is nice but it's no #2" then suddenly, after that part around 1:25 or 1:30, I was like "DAMN!!" I love it. #1 for me this time. But good job both, really good job.

EDIT: just wanted to say that I thought the chopping/layout/arrangement in #2 was a bit more expert and precise, but it just didn't move me the same way that #1 after 1:30 did.

Yep numero uno had the variety happening and a lil faster it felt more bumpin..
