this link, and just to the left of the file names are teensy little arrows. Using your mouse, position the cursor over the arrow of your choice and depress the left mouse button. (If you're using a Mac, it's the
only mouse button.)
hmm, that said, I've noticed that streaming doesn't work on some computers and works fine on others. Your mileage may vary. The annoying thing about streaming, though, is that you can't rewind or fast-forward, you can't jump around. Jump up, jump up and get down.
