Pro Tools is defiantly the way to go. I know for a little home studio its nothing to think about but just think if you make that rocking track in PT its compatible anywhere in the world... that is if you are looking to sell beats. If not, the studios still run pro tools for those who want to record personally. What I mean is, If I had a good enough beat to where I wanted any vocalist for that matter I would record their track in a real studio.. is is too i guess if your home studio isn't as crappy as my apartment.
