Eric B Teaches Recording & Life Lessons

Through a Newark Housing Authority program, producer/DJ Eric B (Eric B & Rakim) helps New Jersey youth learn about music, recording, business, and life in general. While the program is based in a community center recording studio, it places an emphasis on the importance of students being college bound and attaining solid credentials rather than simply developing musical talent.

hello, my name is alex rudert i attend white cloud high school i am 18 years old and want to look into a career in music/hip hop production. I am fascinated in the lyrical arts and beats of hip hop and rap. My favort artists are, The GZA,(and all Wu-Tang Clan members), Eric B. and Rakim, Dr. Dre, and A Tribe Called Quest. After High School i plan on joining the Marine Corps to pay for college. I would realy enjoy going to college and learning how to produce and record my own music.
thank you for your time.
