Alchemist & Prodigy: Making of “Hold You Down”
Some great footage of Alchemist constructing the beat for "Hold You Down" using an Ensoniq ASR-10 while Prodigy composes his lyrics. A great example of how an mc and producer can work together to create a finished product.

Alchemist cuts those dirty ass soul and funk records, keeps it real clean on some sped up shit, much respect due to duke.
starting from cypress/soul assasins camp hes come a long way to carve a niche in NY grime.
