20 Year Old Founds Major Recording Studio: Reveals Story of Success

StadiumRed founder Claude Zdanow tells the story of building his first recording studio at the age of 15, performing on a nationwide tour, and at the age of 20 founding a studio in Harlem originally used by Jazz master Ornette Coleman.  He also touches on topics such as changes in technology, label budgets, building a client base, and the importance of having passion.

I want to own a studio? how can I do that without having 2 mil or rich parents? I live in the south bronx!

Everybody that i knew that had studio money at 20 are dead or doing fed time!

The key is that he started small while working and building a home studio, went to school, went on tour. By the time he wanted to start the major had already built quite a reputation and proved himself.

Capital and financial backers can be found if you really want it, have a solid plan, and a history of accomplishing your goals.
